MotorCity is in fact ‘a city within a city’ with five project components that includes: Dubai Autodrome, F1-X, Business Park MotorCity, UPTOWN MotorCity and Green Community MotorCity. MotorCity is developed over a land of approximately 38,000,000 sq.ft. located on Emirates Road.

PFI SCHOOLS LEEDS
Providing a Future
Public sector contractor and BrainsTrust favourite Carillion has announced a £100 million schools contract, which bodes well in light of government plans to ramp up spending on education.
The company (CLLN) has won a contract to do design and construction work for a PFI consortium building six new schools in Leeds.
The project will involve building five secondary schools and one primary school over the next two years for more than 5,800 kids.
The sector will have been made more significant by the chancellor's recent budget pledge to increase government's capital investment per pupil from £650 a year to £1000 by 2010. Much of the new money is expected to go into PFI projects.
